COMPETITIVE ENGLISH - TET/DSC SPECIAL

I. It is very important to learn the basics of English grammar. There are a number of standard English grammar books you can study and learn grammar. Most of us study grammar at the time of examinations but in the examinations we tend to commit mistakes again. Where do we go wrong? It's all due to lack of practice. Practice makes man perfect. The more you practice, the better you learn. Learning parts of speech will make your way clear to learn further. You can test yourself by practising. Here are some practice tests. Try them.

III. There is no competitive examination that doesn't test your knowledge of prepositions. All you need to do is learn and practise.

IV. Conjunctions are the words that join two words or sentences. Study conjunctions and their usage in detail. Do the exercises and write the online tests so that you can improve your knowledge of conjunctions.

V. Question tags are short questions placed at the end of statements. Negative statements have positive question tags and positive statements have negative question tags. Practice the exercises and write the online tests to improve your knowledge of question tags.
